I met the founder, Jen Hoffman, and was immediately inspired. All of the net profit goes to programs and organizations working to make positive change in our society. Photographs are a powerful way to celebrate personal victories. This picture is from a photo-shoot I did of my mum at the Boston College Alumni House as she celebrated a decade conquering cancer. The stairs are a symbol of her approach to fighting cancer one step at a time. She chose the location because of our large family legacy at Boston College. Love, and in this case strength and healing, are in the details.
As you have probably noticed I talk a lot about my family; I do this for two reasons. First, my family is the inspiration behind my work; and second, I think it’s only fair for you to know my family since I get the privilege of meeting yours.
